Our client at the Citrus Club in La Quinta picked up a beautiful two-story home with a spacious upstairs game room. The challenge came when I looked at the staircase leading up to it - couldn't even get an 8 foot pool table to go up, let alone the matching 22 foot Olhausen shuffleboard! Thank God they had a wonderful second-story outdoor patio that was spacious enough for us to use it as a landing and staging area for our install. We rented a specialized piece of equipment that allowed us to fork up and into the home. This was a challenging installation under the best of circumstances. Due to a narrow window in the customer's schedule, we did it on the hottest day of the year at 117 degrees. The end result was wonderful with the client absolutely delighted - We are ready for the next phase of decorating the room with fun art, a possible Rock-Ola jukebox and a Super Chexx Bubble Hockey Game. Now a beautiful home is also a FUN home.
