All items listed for sale and purchased through our website are located in Thousand Palms, CA.

Freight items may require up to 10 business days (and in rare instances more) to prepare for shipment.  We take our time to package larger items as securely as possible and generally require being secured to a pallet. We've received many compliments from the various freight companies on how we package our items. We palletize, cardboard, bubble pack and stretch-wrap all of our games:

Gameroom Gallery cannot assume any responsibility for damage that occurs during shipment, however, we will always make every effort to assist in making it right should any damage occur. Before preparation for shipment, every pinball machine and arcade game will also be gone through by our technicians to ensure proper working order. Every effort will be made to ship your item in a timely manner. We ship through various freight companies - all information will be provided to you upon shipment of your item. Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the continental United States. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

Smaller items that do not require shipment via freight line will generally require a minimal handling time of 1-3 business days and will ship via FedEx.
